By creating an account, browsing https://contracq.in, subscribing to our intelligence plans, or interacting with our APIs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you represent a corporation, partnership, or enterprise entity, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Nature of the CONTRACQ Platform

CONTRACQ operates as an independent, private procurement intelligence, tender indexing, and analytics software-as-a-service (SaaS).

Important Notice: CONTRACQ is not a government agency, nor is it affiliated with the National Informatics Centre (NIC), GePNIC, or any specific tender-issuing authority. CONTRACQ aggregates and processes publicly published tender notices for market research and competitive intelligence. Official bid submissions must always be performed directly on the statutory government portals.

3. Subscriptions, Pricing & Razorpay Billing

Plans & Features: CONTRACQ offers Free (Tier 0), Pro Intelligence, and Enterprise Surveillance tiers. Detailed feature inclusions are specified on our Pricing page.
Payment Processing: Payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) via our payment aggregator partner Razorpay. GST (18%) is levied as applicable under Indian tax laws and tax invoices are issued automatically.
Pre-paid Period & Downgrades: When subscribing to a monthly or annual paid tier, you pay for the full billing cycle in advance. If you choose to cancel or switch to a free plan, your Pro access remains active until the end of the prepaid period (subscriptionExpiresAt), preventing premature service cutoff.
Refund Policy: Due to the instant, digital nature of tender intelligence and data extraction, fees paid for completed billing periods are non-refundable once intelligence reports, competitor dossiers, or BOQ downloads have been accessed. Billing disputes or accidental double charges can be escalated to support@contracq.in within 7 days.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

Deploy automated scrapers, bots, or crawlers that bypass CONTRACQ's rate limits or disrupt service availability.
Share individual account credentials across multiple organizations or resell raw database dumps.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the underlying indexing algorithms or UI components.
Misrepresent CONTRACQ tender dossiers as official government certification in judicial proceedings.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Procurement Decisions

CONTRACQ continuously synchronizes thousands of procurement sources. While we employ automated multi-pass verification and AI OCR algorithms, government departments frequently publish sudden corrigenda, date extensions, or tender cancellations on short notice.

You expressly acknowledge that all procurement, commercial bidding, and financial pricing decisions are made solely at your own risk. CONTRACQ shall not be held liable for disqualification, missed submission deadlines, EMD forfeitures, or commercial losses resulting from reliance on indexed data.

6. Intellectual Property

The CONTRACQ trade name, logo mark, 3D glass emblem, software interface, analytics presentation algorithms, and curated database structures are the exclusive intellectual property of CONTRACQ Technologies.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
